    This is a nice piece. I enjoy "Leadership" and look forward to some of the topics that you mentioned.

    Looks great for 09. I'm always excited for each issue. I think every topic you mentioned in your video sounds interesting to me.

    I've personally been one to want to see generations come together more in church. But it is interesting: I had a professor in at Moody Graduate School who takes a bit of a unique perspective on learning styles and educational development in the church. He seems to be a strong advocate for the pedagogical need to keep the EDUCATIONAL side of church split and as needs-specific as possible. I don't want to speak on his behalf, but maybe he would have a nice contribution to the whole generations topic?
