Should pastors give financial advice?
Bishop J.D. Jakes and Dr. DeForest B. Soaries were interviewed by CNN's Solidad O'Brien recently about that questions.
"Youth groups destroy children's lives."
So says David Fitch. Read his post on how youth ministry undercuts community and appeals to teens' worst desires.
Should your church have an artist-in-residence?
The Line, an Acts 29 church plant in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, has one. Read what happens when the arts are integrated into church planting at The Gospel Coalition's page.

Bigger, better "Left Behind" film remake

McLaren's suggestion is a good one. But it's called THE LECTIONARY it's not new to him. Man his hubris is so frustrating. Now if we could get him to start realizing about 75% of what he's saying is just recycled junk, most of it not good, than maybe he'll go away.
The Artist in Residence thing is a great idea. We need a resurgence of outstanding Christian artists. The Church can help with this.

Url, you certainly do ask a lot out of people.
I'm still processing the Artist in Residence idea...not to sure about that one...on one hand, it's interesting, on the other...uh...I'll have to think about that some more.
I found only one reference about America and that with that little footnote being about unreached groups for evagelization, I'm not sure I have a full understanding of all the subjects aligned with that...so I can't say boo one way or the other.
Interesting list, though, Url, thanks.
